Bright, Portable Light
for Your Night Sites

Whether you need portable light for work sites, night events or emergency response, the
Portalite light tower is the answer. Metal halide lamp technology requires less power,
produces more light and provides the ideal lighting for these applications. Plus, this unit’s
proven design is easy to service, operate and maneuver — delivering a robust and reliable
way to put the light you need right where you need it.

APPLICATIONS: The Portalite is ideal for construction, mining, and oil and gas industry work
sites. It’s also an excellent solution for public lighting, emergencies, sports and other night
events.

CONVENIENT SERVICE ACCESS

Wide service doors and a pop-upcanopy design make it easy to reach components for service and maintenance.

ROBUST AND RELIABLE

The MIG-welded unibody trailers tands up to rough worksite conditions. The galvanized steel canopy with oven-baked powder coating resists corrosion, and the Kubota diesel engine delivers reliable performance.

EXTENDED OPERATION

The high-capacity fuel tank allows 60-70 hours of continuous operation.

LONG LAMP LIFE

High-efficiency metal halide lamps have a very long lifetime under normal working conditions. They also require less power and produce more light. The Portalite has four 1,000 W lamps for a total luminosity of 440,000 lumens.

WIDE LIGHTING AREA

The simple manual mast extends to a maximum height of 9.45 m (31.0 ft) to illuminate a large area and rotates 360˚ to position light where you want it. A four-point leveling system stabilizes the unit for safe working conditions.

EASY TRANSPORT AND OPERATION

The Portalite is extremely light and maneuverable, making it easy to move to the desired location. An on-road undercarriage allows towing behind a
vehicle, and straightforward controls are simple to operate.
